My first morning meditation is to lie in bed for about 10 minutes and do my pre-paving time management by visualizing and allowing thoughts to come by which to plan out my daily activities like on how much I want to get things done. Just by visualizing those images and breathing in the inspiration and setting the program. It works well for me.
